This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2024-T-95 75 Federal Rd Welland – Supply and Install Fire Alarm System , as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region is issuing this RFT for a qualified contractor to act as Prime Contractor for the supply and installation of a completely new fully functional Fire Alarm System as described in Appendix D (IFT Drawings) and Appendix E (IFT Specifications). The building at 75 Federal Rd in Welland, Ontario, is a fully operational bus garage with various sections including a 3 bay mechanics shop, a wash bay and fueling lane, a bus storage garage, and offices. New fire alarm system shall be “Addressable - Single Stage” type of Fire alarm system. The successful respondent shall be responsible for carrying all required trades to complete the entire scope as described in the contract documents. This RFT is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-107 specifically Category 3. |
