This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Geotechnical, Excess Soil and Hydrogeological Investigation Services for New Treatment Plant/Outfall and New South Niagara Trunk Sewer – South Niagara Wastewater Treatment Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The purpose of the geotechnical, excess soil and hydrogeological investigation is to provide the existing subsurface information to the designconsultant firm to facilitate the design and construction of the new trunk sewer and treatment plant and outfall pipe. |
