This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Niagara Region Curbside Collection, Haulage of Garbage, Recycling, and Organics, as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”). |
