This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to to provide submissions in response to this non-binding quotation request for Smithville Public Works Patrol Yard Window Replacement Project, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”).
