This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Soils Testing For Operations And Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Niagara Region Transportation Division requires soils testing and reporting to be completed on an as needed basis for various projects and maintenance activities that are exempt from section 8 planning requirements of O.Reg 406/19 as well as soils classification reports for various construction activities.
