This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. 

Niagara Region is exploring the adoption of an e-signature platform to enhance operational efficiency, reduce paper usage, and improve service delivery to the public. This initiative aims to modernize administrative processes and improve access to services.  This RFI will be used to understand available e-signature technologies and capabilities.
