This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply and Delivery of Emulsion Polymers for Municipal Sewage Sludge Dewatering, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).


Niagara Region intends to retain one supplier of Emulsion Polymers used at the following Biosolids Dewatering Facilities:


1. Niagara Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant, 3450 Stanley Ave. Niagara Falls, ON.
2. Garner Road Biosolids Dewatering Facility, 8719 Chippawa Creek Rd. Niagara Falls, ON.
