This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply and Delivery of Culvert Pipe, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
