This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Manufacture, Supply, and Delivery of Organics Collection Containers, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region provides source-separated organics collection services to approximately 179,000 low-density residential households, as well as selected multi-residential, mixed-use, and industrial, commercial, and institutional (IC&I) properties. This Request for Tender seeks qualified Suppliers for the manufacture, supply, and delivery of the above products in accordance with the requirements herein. The top two (2) ranked bidders, per product, will be recommended for Award as the Primary and Secondary vendors. |
