The Regional Municipality of Niagara (the Region) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide consulting, engineering and design services related to a traffic operations centre (TOC) facility to be located at 3547 Thorold Townline Road, Thorold, Ontario The successful proponent will possess the requisite technical skills to deal with the complex matters to be addressed in the below-noted tasks and will be required to work directly with Regional staff, stakeholders and agencies in a professional manner. To do this, the successful proponent must, in addition to technical qualifications, exhibit such skills as timeliness, diplomacy, tact, strong communication ability (both written and verbal) and an understanding of the transportation context in the Niagara Region. |
