This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Stipulated Pricing for  two (2) separate Invitational Second-Stage Competitive Processes for Phase 1 and 2 HVAC Upgrades at 250 Thorold Road, Welland, Ontario as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
