This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2023-T-247 Demolition of 96 and 179 RR81 (St. Paul Street West), as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region is demolishing two (2) Structures: 96 St. Paul Street West and 179 St. Paul Street West. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of construction from permits to demolition and site restoration as per the specifications provided. |
