This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2024-T-268- Flooring Replacement at Northland Pointe Long Term Care Home , as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Remove existing carpet and baseboard. Patch/level floor and install new Polyflor Rual Deck wood 3102 fx PUR including transitions and Johnsonite baseboard
