This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Campbell West Roof Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Niagara Region is seeking a pre-qualified Roofing Contractor under a CCDC 2-2020 Contract to replace the roof of the Niagara Region’s 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way Campbell West Building, also known as Niagara Region Headquarters – Campbell West.
The Successful Bidder will work with the Consultant and the Owner under a CCDC 2-2020 Contract. For the purposes of the RFT, “contractor” shall be equivalent to “successful bidder”. This RFT is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2026-RFSQ-87 – Campbell West Roof Replacement. |
