Description: 

This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara
Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Niagara Falls SAEO Office – Roof
Replacement , as further described in Appendix D – RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”).

Work to be carried out under this contract includes; demolition of existing roofs, modifications to mechanical, electrical & provision of new system in accordance with Contract Documents. This description is general only and must
not be constructed as limiting scope of work.
