This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2024-Q-31 Building Automation System Control Upgrades at 139 Ontario Street, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The EMS building at 139 Ontario Street in St Catharines is one of fifteen (15) EMS dispatch stations operated by Regional Municipality of Niagara (The Region) Public Health Division. This 9,400 sq ft two-story with partial basement building was constructed in 1995. The building HVAC consist of a 12.5-ton gas fired Carrier Roof Top Unit with DX cooling and a 17 zone VVT system. The ambulance garage has two gas fired tube heaters for heating, as well as two exhaust fans tied into a gas monitoring system. The scope of work involves the removal and replacement of zone and equipment controllers, as well as installing a building controller and tie-in to the Regions’ existing Supervisor Controller. Graphics for the building automation system is also included in the scope. |
