THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF NIAGARA 2019-T-183 Contract 2019 Strengthening and Resurfacing Program – Part 2 Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by the Purchasing & Payables Office, The work to be carried out under this contract consists of, but is not limited to: The supply of all labour, equipment and material for the rehabilitation of various roads located throughout Approximately 15,000 tonnes of hot mix asphalt This contract utilizes the "Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document" (Revision 20) which forms the specification documents excepting the "Special Instruction to Bidders, Form of Tender and Supplementary Bidding System Registration Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Niagara Region’s electronic bidding system at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”) and have obtained the RFT directly from the Procurement Office. All bidders must establish a Bidding System account and be registered as a Plan Taker for the bid opportunity, which will enable the bidder to receive addenda email notifications, and download addenda. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the amount of $200,000.00 Tenders will be publicly opened at 2:15 p.m. at 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way, Thorold. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. No verbal inquiries will be accepted.
