Bidders are to provide the HP laptops, desktops and related accessories as noted in the attached parts list.  The exact HP Part Numbers provided in the attached document are the only ones that will be accepted.   All Laptops and PC’s are to be preconfigured using HP’s Image Load Staging Service and shipped to location specified by Niagara Region with an image that Niagara Region will provide.  US localization is required on all equipment as applicable.
