This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Haulage of Residue to Humberstone Landfill, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region is looking for a qualified Successful Bidder to haul residue from the Niagara Region’s Recycling Centre (MRF) located at 5030 Montrose Road in Niagara Falls to Humberstone Landfill Site located at 700 Humberstone Road in Welland. |
