This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Grass Cutting and Seasonal Clean Up for Niagara Region – Water and Wastewater, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

This request for tender provides for the supply of all material, labour and equipment required to provide grass cutting and seasonal clean up as described in Appendix B – RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”).

          This request for tender provides for the supply of all material, labor, vehicles, fuel and equipment required to provide grass cutting and seasonal clean up at Water & Wastewater locations.
