This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for NRPS HQ/D2 Visual Fire Alarm Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

Niagara Region requires a contractor to update the Audible Visual Fire Alarm system at 5700 Valley Way. Installation will be based on department/location across 12 phases in the building.

This RFT is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2024-RFSQ-203 specifically Category 3.
