Introduction Niagara Region is seeking consulting services to conduct a detailed Waste Composition Study on select Multi-Residential Buildings across the Region. The Successful Proponent will develop an analysis to identify the Capture Rate, Waste Diversion Rate, Contamination Rate and waste generation. Twelve (12) Multi-Residential Buildings across Niagara with varying number of units, garbage collection methods and participation in diversion programs will be audited over a total of four consecutive seasons in 2022/2023. |
