This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”), Niagara Regional Police Services (“NRPS”) and Niagara Transit Commission (“NTC”) is seeking proposals from qualified Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) and Crisis Management Services (CMS) providers with specific experience in providing these confidential counselling and worklife services to employers of similar size (approximately 3000-6000 employees) and composition (police services, ambulance services, other emergency services, transit services, municipalities, and hospitals). Niagara Region, NRPS and NTC currently have individual EFAP contracts, expiring December 31, 2026, provided by Telus Health. Benefits Consulting Services are currently provided by AON Solutions Canada Inc. for the Niagara Region and Niagara Transit Commission. Mosey and Mosey provides consulting to NRPS. |
