This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2026-T-22-6271 Glengate St., Branscombe Child Care, Interior/Exterior Renovation for Service Expansion as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Niagara Region is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors to enter into a CCDC 2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract for the completion of an interior and exterior renovation to the existing lower-level space at Branscombe Childcare, located at 6271 Glengate Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario, to support the expansion of licensed childcare services.
