This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Construction of Universal Washroom at three Childcare centres as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Regional Municipality of Niagara owns and operates five childcare centers across the region. Three of the centers are requiring AODA-compliant universal washrooms:

  • 25 Bruce Street, Welland, ON L3B 3P9
  • 94 Catherine Street, Fort Erie, ON L2A 3T3
  • 6271 Glengate Street, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 5S4
