This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of High Pressure Hydraulic Cleaning And Flushing And Closed Circuit Television Inspection Services Of Leachate Collection Systems And Forcemains For Niagara Region Landfill Sites, as further described in Appendix D – RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”). The work covers High Pressure Hydraulic cleaning, flushing, and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections of the leachate collection systems and swabbing of forcemains at nine (9) landfill sites located in the Niagara Region. The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) at a minimum once per year for the respective landfill site requiring cleaning and flushing and CCTV inspection of the leachate collection system. The Glenridge Site requires every other month of cleaning and flushing. Locations: 1. Bridge Street Landfill Site, 1300 Bridge Street, Fort Erie 2.
