This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Geotechnical Construction Services for the Spring Gardens Sewage Pumping Station and Forcemain Upgrade along Old Coach Road and Loyalist Drive, in the City of St. Catharines, Construction Contract No. 2025-T-27, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”) This Request for Tender is to provide all Geotechnical Construction Services related to the field work and material testing services during the construction phase of the project for the above refenced project. Contract No. 2025-T-27. This RFT is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 1.
