This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Linhaven Long Term Care (LTC) Home Redevelopment, St. Catharines - General Contractor for Construction, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). Niagara Region is seeking bids from General Contractors to construct the new Linhaven Long-Term Care Home located at 403 Ontario Street in St. Catharines, Ontario. Following the Request for Pre-Qualification 2020-RFPQ-83 for General Contractors for the Niagara Region Long-Term Care Redevelopment Project, the following are invited to bid on this Request for Tender:
