This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) services – Phase II, as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region is inviting qualified companies to submit a proposal for the provision of assistance to achieve Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Compliance.
