This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for  Underground Utility Locating Services - Region Wide as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

 The Niagara Region is a member of Ontario One Call (ON1Call).  In order to comply with the Ontario Underground Infrastructure Notification Act, 2012 (the “Act”) the Region wishes to offer optimal level of service by providing locates for underground assets of traffic signals, illumination and storm sewers* (*Provisional Item).  The Region requires qualified and experienced Locate Service Providers to provide this work

To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $439.90, per bid fee - $132.04).
