This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Material Testing for Contract No. 2023-T-249 – The GO Precinct Development Project, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region has issued Contract No. 2023-T-249 GO Station Precinct Development project. 2024-T-156 has been prepared to secure the required consultant’s services for the material testing associated with the construction of the Go Station Precinct Development Project located in the City of St. Catharines. The limits of which are demonstrated within Appendix C - Key Plan and the objective of the work as further described within this tender is for the:
