The work to be carried out under this contract consists of, but is not limited to:

This contract utilizes the "Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document" (Revision 20) which forms the specification documents excepting the "Special Instruction to Bidders, Form of Tender and Supplementary Special Provisions".  The "Standard Document" is available on the internet at the “Bid Opportunities” section of the Niagara Region website www.niagararegion.ca.
