This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Decew Falls Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Plant 3 Upgrades Contract 2 #2023-T-1, as further described herein.


Invitation Only: This RFT is being issued to a subset of the Successful prequalified Listing developed from Supplier Qualifications #2023-RFSQ-10 - Decew Water Treatment Plant 3 Upgrades – Contract 2.
