This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Biggar Lagoons SPS Piping Replacement Design, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Biggar Lagoons Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) located at 640 Winston Road in the town of Grimsby. The station is experiencing corrosion to the existing piping and requires replacement. Niagara Region is seeking an engineering consultant to provide design drawings, specifications and construction cost estimate for the replacement of this piping. This RFQ is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 9. |
