This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Intersection Improvements of Regional Road 20 (Highway 20 West) and Balfour Street in the Town of Pelham, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B). 

This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 20 – Transportation – Roads – Detailed Design.
