This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara(“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Corporate Intranet (SharePoint) Redesign and Rebranding for NRPS, as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified individuals, firms, consultants, or
entities for the purpose of implementation services of an enterprise intranet solution using Microsoft SharePoint 2016.  To modernize NRPS’s existing SharePoint Intranet and Portal tool through
the redesign and rebranding services from a corporate perspective including team and project collaboration capabilities. Further, integrate with OpenText's Content Server Enterprise Content Management

The proponent must be a Microsoft Gold Partner and holds SharePoint MVP designation(s) (see Mandatory
Requirements). Proponent(s) who are capable of providing the services requested in this RFP are encouraged to participate. Proponents must also demonstrate proven experience with successfully integrating SharePoint and OpenText environments.
