This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Nicotine Replacement Therapy Products, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). By December 31st 2020, the Regional Municipality of Niagara intends to assist smokers that are trying to quit or reduce their tobacco use by providing no cost nicotine replacement therapy to eligible residents. The contract includes the supply, inventory, and delivery of various forms of nicotine replacement therapy. |
