It is the bidder’s responsibility to visit the job site and to examine all existing conditions to determine the amount and character of the work involved and to take their own measurements and make their own calculations prior to submitting a bid. Bidders shall note that access to the site will be restricted up until the time of construction. As such, bidders are invited to attend an optional non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting for the following date and time, where access to the site will be permitted. This will be the only time that bidders will have access to the job site. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet confirming their attendance at the site meeting. No allowance will subsequently be made for any errors or omissions on the part of any bidder.
